Social Responsibility

Social Responsibility

Corporations around the world are struggling with a new role to meet the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of the next generations to meet their own needs.

Organizations are being called upon to take responsibility for the ways their operations impact societies and the natural environment. They are also being asked to apply sustainability principles to the ways in which they conduct their business.

It is now of a standard practice that global energy solutions companies are required to get involved in the act of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Azamosa is strongly compliant to these factors.

The quality of relationships we have with our employees and other key stakeholders—such as customers, investors, suppliers, activists, communities, public and governmental officials —is crucial to our success, therefore we strive to respond to the competitive conditions and corporate social responsibilities (CSR) required of us.

Our CSR is particularly geared towards:

Community

We interface with CSR experts to create sustainable models for providing the health, education, economic development and support to communities in our operational zones and related areas.

Environment

In view of our HSE policy, we are obligated and fashioned as thus, to make sure we are rather constrained by the environmental consequences than the human effect consequences. Therefore, we uphold to manage issues related to the environment as a key operational method and also show concerns for fresh water, climate change, waste management, forestation, flooding, etc as part of our responsibility structure.

Social

In contributions to national building we also acknowledge that industrialization is not the only key, but social activities engagement can create stability between the tri-sector partnerships (Company-Government-Community) of any society. At this: talent shows, school debates, sports & games competitions, music/comedy concerts, etc. are used as social responsibility tools to create a balance.
