Ethics/Code of Conduct
Strict adherence to the rules, operational guidelines and company policies helps azamosa to trim the excesses of staff and see that we maintain a good work culture and foster a better relationship with our clients, investors, partners, etc.
Internal System:
The Human Resources department handles all issues related to the ethics/code of conduct of the internal staff, ad-hoc staff, contract staff, etc.
External System:
The Legal Department is responsible for the maintenance of the legal framework, preparation and validation of accreditation documents, contractors/investors/agents/partners/consultants operational guidelines and procedures, etc. So at all times we are sure of genuine business interests and participations from external bodies.
